Through compelling storytelling, expert insight, and student voices, we're breaking down stigma and building understanding around mental and physical health, substance use, school safety, and digital wellness.
How It Started
Born from a partnership between education and prevention professionals in Putnam County, Tennessee, Hear Me Out addresses the real challenges students face today.
Each episode is designed to stand alone, making it easy for teachers and counselors to integrate relevant content into their classrooms, advisory periods, or group discussions.
